Returns & Exchanges
'Made to Order' bespoke products - Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any item made to order. Please ensure that all specifications are correct at time of ordering.
'Stocked' products - We will offer a refund or exchange on any undamaged item, returned in their entirety, within 14 days of receipt of goods.
If you return an item that the Company agrees is faulty, we will include with your refund the delivery charge that you were charged when purchasing the item, and the delivery charge you paid when returning the item to us by a courier (this does not affect your statutory rights).
If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, we will only refund the cost of the returned item, and you will be liable for the delivery charge you paid when returning the item to us. Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the items.
Please package your item safely and securely to avoid damage in transit. Please note The Power Outlet is unable to accept any item for refund or exchange if it has been damaged in transit.
Send your package to: Returns Dept, THE POWER OUTLET, Rodney House, Clifton Down Road, Bristol BS8 4AL, UK. We recommend that you send it by a signed for courier service as The Power Outlet will be unable to refund or exchange items that have been lost in transit. Please inform us that you are returning the item to us prior to dispatch via email at email@example.com. We cannot be liable for the loss of items that we aren't expecting.
